Scott Warren of Black Cat Bone returns to his roots by going solo on this collection of 4-track demos. Scott goes minimalist with his microphone, a couple guitars and a 3 piece drum set to capture songs that he is currently performing as a one-man-band as Black Cat Bone. When Scott first started playing bottleneck guitar it was with a similar 4-track recorder that he utilized in his tiny apartment late at night, trying to capture song fragments and codify them into a cohesive sound. He recorded as he learned and eventually found his voice as a guitarist by using that recorder to organize his thoughts. Now, 17 years later, he has returned to the experiment to chronicle another chapter in his low-fi adventures
